  • What is your refund/exchange policy?
    Unfortunately, for the integrity of our company, services, and time constraints all items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items may be exchanged upon review but is totally up to the discretion of the merchant. (Exchanges are not guaranteed due to most being one of a kind). Items returned must also be in the same condition as sent. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.   • How long does shipping take?
    We use Priority Mail through USPS, FedEx ground, or UPS ground. Shipping can take anywhere from 5-10 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you. Please plan for extra days if you are ordering for a special event or for a certain time. We do expedite shipping for additional fees. If you need to expedite shipping, please contact us through the CONTACT section of our site and leave a message. We will contact you shortly after.
  • How are my items shipped?
    Large flat items, much like posters or photos, may be shipped in tubes. Other items may be separated into several boxes for safety purposes. Shipping will be based on weight. Insurance and handling charges will also be included.
  • How are taxes calculated?
    Residents of Texas will pay 8.25% tax.
